As her life unravels, Linda (Byrne) struggles to cope with her child’s mysterious illness, an absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist (O’Brien). For her outstanding performance as Linda, actress Rose Byrne was awarded the Silver Bear for Leading Performance at the 2025 Berlin International Film Festival. If I Had Legs I’d Kick You marks the second feature from director Mary Bronstein (Yeast, 2008). who also wrote the screenplay and is featured in a supporting role in the film.

Pour sa magnifique prestation dans le rôle de Linda, Rose Byrne a mérité le prix de la meilleure actrice dans un premier rôle lors de la 65e édition de la Berlinale en février.
